Welcome to our website. We are very glad that you have stopped by. Whether you are a parent, child, young person, community leader, or practitioner, we are sure you will find that we can work together.
As a Community Interest Company, AFiUK exists to serve the interests primarily of those children whose parents were born and educated in the so called 'Third Countries', or otherwise referred to as tthe Developing Countries. These children do not identify themselves entirely with their parents' culture nor that of the host country, rather they evolve a new culture, a third culture.
AFiUK acknowledges that as parents and practitioners we need to adapt how we interact and relate to these children so as help them reach their highest potential. That is why we have formed this company. We offer training and support to help you as the parents to adapt your parenting styles, as well as collaborate with practitioners to ensure these children and their families are served with cultural sensitively and relevance.
As a Comunity Interest company, we are always flexible to adapt our services to meet the unique needs of each child and family. So do not hesitate to contact us through the form on the contact page to make any suggestions on how we can serve you best.
